Teaching psychology at university using the content and language integrated learning (CLIL) approach

چکیده

A lesson in a psychology course given to university students is presented, using the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. total of 78 freshmen college participated this experiment. All participants received four lessons regular class. The were about general concepts on psychological disorders. taught English. Different quantitative qualitative aspects content acquisition assessed. In addition, attitudes motivation participate bilingual learning practice at evaluated. Results showed high level approval for methodology, along with significant assimilation taught. conclusion, intensifying interaction diversifying linguistic skills, as well adjusting lecturing time match students’ capacity professor’s second language proficiency, could potentially improve CLIL experience.
